The screen isn’t updating

  1. Look at Devices on the dashboard. Online means it checked in within the last few minutes.
  2. If it says Offline, check the tablet is plugged in, switched on and connected to Wi‑Fi.
  3. A small “Offline — showing the last update” notice on the screen means it has lost its connection. It keeps showing the last update and catches up by itself when the Wi‑Fi returns.
  4. If it is online but looks wrong, select Refresh display on its card in Devices. It reloads within about a minute.

An event is missing from the screen

A pairing code isn’t accepted

The screen asks to be connected again

“This screen is no longer connected” means it was removed or switched off in Devices. Reactivate it if needed, generate a new code and enter it on the screen.

You can’t sign in

Replacing a screen

Set up the new tablet as in Setting up the screen, using Add device or Generate new code. Then remove the old screen in Devices so it no longer has access.

Reference codes

If the screen shows a message with a short code (like K7QX2), tell us the code. It lets us find exactly what went wrong without needing anything else from you.

Still stuck?

Email us and a real person will reply, usually within one working day. Include any reference code from the screen.
